The best customer service and attention to detail in all of my hotel stays. Daniel at the front desk was excellent! The staff who got our rental on a daily basis were great. The cleaning staff was awesome and upstairs restaurant staff at The Penthouse restaurant were spectacular. If you’re going to stay in Santa Monica I highly recommend staying at the Huntley Hotel!

Gorgeous Hotel, wonderful staff, Valet parking made things so easy! —Penthouse view was fantastic, but breakfast was not great and expensive.

The air conditioning in my room did not work, so I was moved to another room, where the air conditioning also was not working. The view from the room was beautiful. The facilities were very well-kept and the staff was friendly. You cannot beat the location in Santa Monica!

Best money I’ve spent for the hospitality and service I received at the Huntley! Staff was amazing and from the moment we arrived we received the best service I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever visited. The room was great and the beds and bedding was the most comfortable. Loved being able to walk to shopping, restaurants and the pier only a short distance. Highly recommend the Huntley!

Couldn’t take a shower! Had to be at a business meeting on a Sunday morning. Water pressure was so bad that I jumped in the shower and the water literally stopped. I waited and waited, cold water came, rinsed myself and left.

This hotel was a 10/10 From the cleanliness and classic look of the hotel from the friendly staff going above and beyond with their hospitality. The area was perfect right near the water and not far from the pier. When I come back to the area I’m staying here again

The staff was friendly, attentive, and engaging. The PentHouse restaurant's food was delicious - the view of the sunset was fabulous. The only reason the average was given for property condition and facilities is because of the elevators which were slow.
