Thank you so much for the review. Regarding the mattress, we have an ongoing mattress update program and our beds usually get good reviews. However we have checked the room you were in and added this mattress to be replaced now. We always appreciate feedback from our guests as to what we can improve on.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. I am glad to hear how much you liked our location, our huge rooms and our breakfast service. Please let me take a moment to address the issues that you wrote about. We believe, judging by our reviews and the room inspections we do, that our housekeeping staff does a very good job. Finding a hair is not good of coarse and we will share this review to our cleaning staff. On the first day of stay we do a lighter “stay over” cleaning that includes new towels and amenities as needed, linen (on the second day) etc. The “checkout” deep cleaning only occurs after the guest checks out. We are a 2 diamond property that strives to offer 3 diamond service and amenities. Many hotels charge for the water or don’t offer any. We however provide 2 free bottles replenished every day (regardless how many guests are in the room) and more can be purchased at our vending machine. As a small hotel there are times that our front desk clerk is alone. He or she has to take care of business in the order it comes and sometimes a guest will need to wait until the clerk is done with the previous guest. Our clerk was taking care of someone just before you arrived and had to send that person to get something from his car. When he returned he had to finish that check in first. I apologize if the clerk was not polite enough or did not explain this in a pleasant matter and for his confusion regarding your request to extend the use of the roll-away bed. I hope your request was finally completed to your satisfaction.
