I was not impressed by the facility. We we tried to check in the staff member was very rude. The house cleaning staff we very loud and talked in the hallways all afternoon and morning.
Mediocore. The room is big but smelled a little funny. Parking was free but location is out of place. I only stayed there because i was on business. Will look for something a little nicer next time.

We liked that it has airport shuttle service - however that is difficult for a new customer because the automated message about how to find the shuttle at LAX is not detailed enough. We were looking for the shuttle stop on the arrival level and it is on the departure level; I'm not saying that that does not make sense, just that the instructions didn't say and it had been a long flight and LAX is a zoo. Getting back to LAX the next morning was fast and convenient.
We were too tired to eat anywhere other than the McDonalds right outside the door - that was easy and sufficient.

I liked the fact i had a room with automatic doors, and a sit in shower, was good as i had a broken arm.
Shame there were strikers out the front making a lot of noise, otherwise good.

Was a nice hotel for what we needed which was a quick overnight. Shower was dirty and the McDonald's out front was sketch. However all that maybe normal for LA as i am a Midwesterner
Some employees were protesting , they had drums and loud sound systems and we had just drove 12 hours to get here and it was difficult to hear the staff give us direction. The service at the hotel was great. The young lady at the desk did accommodate us to the opposite side of the hotel and in the back so we wouldn’t have to listen to them. Rooms were very clean and comfy.

Closer to the airport. From the parking lot, you cannot enter the hotel lobby. You need to walk on the main road. If you have children and all luggage, this is terrible and unsafe.

property was close to airport but no problem with noise and free shuttle. Close to a couple of eateries including mc donalds and menu inside hotel not outrageous in price if a little limited in choice. very evident security which was nice and staff very helpful and gave me early check in too. Not a cheap option but compared to others a good option. would stay there again without question.
