Horrible place. Hotel is under heavy renovation - absolutely baffling they stay open in this state. Staff entered the room even with the no disturb sign. No lamp by the bed, only ceiling lighting. The hotel advertises laundry but both machines were out of service while we were there. The space advertised as “vending machines” is full to dirty stuff and construction material( and of course no machine). Breakfast room is at capacity the second it opens at 6:30. The worst is the soliciting at night on the way to the parking lot, which IS NOT on site contrary to the hotell’s website but in another building across a public street. This place is ABSOLUTELY not safe and should not be operating in such dire conditions.

Customer service was awesome. They’re very nice and responsive! I needed to wash clothes and the laundry was out of service. They repaired it under 24 hrs and I was able to wash my jeans! (Baby puked on them) Pros: customer service, gated parking a street across for $10 a day. Bathroom super clean it’s a big plus for me. Bed super comfy and clean another plus. Food is good but not resort style. Coffee is delicious! Didn’t try the pool but looked clean. Cons; facility needs new sofas and seats. It looks like they’re slowly renovating so our bathroom was completely new but the carpet looked old and the small sofa in the room was musty. The AC was not the coldest and some baseboards were missing off a wall. If you don’t come to eat breakfast before 7:30 you’ll get swamped with people.

Hotel was clean and nice.. breakfast was great with nice options. The parking was not told in the website so that was a surprise that i wasn't aware of and parking is across the street until you have handicap..60.00 deposit and they take the parking out of that. That should be told prior.. all and all i would definitely stay again it was a nice stay. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy.. food was walkable if needed also. Thank you

All around a good stay and would do again. Close to both forums but the parking and entrance situation was very congested and difficult. You also have to pay for parking but it is in a code locked parking garage

Over all it was just ok. We stayed one night and it was fine. Parking was in locked gate so that was good and only 10 bucks! Our room was I’m assuming under possibly remodel the baseboards were gone and looked unfinished. Curtains were broken and lite outside was bright and lit up our room. Coffee was fantastic and breakfast was good.

The air conditioner smelled. You can hear the people above walking or stumping. As well as the people walking in the hallway. The area around felt unsafe. Especially walking from where you park your car to the hotel. It would be good if there was a security cop in the garage parking as well as at the door of the hotel. To also stop the people from smoking more than a cigarette at door and the ones playing loud music. The staff at the front desk were great.

The parking for the hotel was located in a multi level garage across the street. There were only stairs and no elevator in the garage which made it challenging for me, an older person, to get to the hotel and worse, up the stairs carrying luggage to ge to my car.

Good rate, clean remodeled room, staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the limited parking and having to use a parking garage across the street. But; I would stay there again. Quiet and comfy stay.

I enjoyed staying here. It was out the way but still close enough to LA/Hollywood/Santa Monica . We walked to the many food places around : Starbucks is cross the street, El Pollo Loco is diagonally across the street .. McDonald’s is across the street , a gas station is next door to get drinks & snacks. Nothing is more than a 3 minute walk. As far as room conditions, everything was clean. We stayed on floor 4 of 4. Hot water, clean towels daily. We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. My only complaint was there was no full length mirror in the room. Otherwise, great stay. Oh & breakfast was yummy & a great spread daily.

We received an accesible room, super spacious, really clean. The people at the front desk were helpful and kind. Parking was cheap and safe. Much better than others in the area. Happily recommend for families
