Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly however, I must mention that the mattress was quite uncomfortable. While the room was very clean and well-appointed, the mattress seemed old and lacked support, which made it difficult for me to get a restful night's sleep. I believe updating the mattresses would greatly enhance the comfort of guests staying at the hotel.

I really did not like the fact that the airport shuttle has been eliminated. It's quite an ordeal to get from the airport to the hotel - have to take a shuttle from the airport to the Uber/Lyft location, then pay $25 to get to the hotel. Really appreciated the shuttle when they had it. Also had to pay $27 for parking - I know that's kind of the going rate, but it's a lot for outdoor park-yourself.

The lower floors have windows that open a little bit. The higher floors don't - re: post shower humidity, bathroom in general.

My first issue is that I called to see if there was early check in and was advised that there was and that I can come and check in at 3. However when I arrived I was told I had to wait until the original check in time. That was inconvenient. The front desk staff was amazing and patient with me, and very welcoming when I returned. My second issue, I left my room to get food and returned to my room, upon returning to my room house keeping was cleaning out the room I still had 45min to checkout I felt like I was being kicked out. I wasn’t allowed to go back in even though I still had my key.

Great easy stay if you have a car. Not close to the typical LA sites but worked for going to a concert at Sofi for the night. Very clean and nice.

Basic but dated
Check in was pretty straightforward and staff was super friendly, they ran out of cookies when I got there but no biggie. The room was pretty dated and there was a fan on all night. I turned it off at one point and there was a loud buzz that continued so I turned it back on to drown out the constant buzzing sound. Booking third-party does not usually give you a great room, just a heads up!

The bathroom door made it very uncomfortable to have any privacy. When eating there, there wasn't much available items for Mom to eat. Not much variety for particular diets unfortunately. Some staff were very friendly, others really not.
