The airport shuttle and price were my main reasons for choosing this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful except there is no info on things in the area, especially dining. Not everyone has a car or likes to order food for delivery! And if you don't know the area, you're going to ask the staff. They should be given resources to help.

Everything was great but I booked this hotel specifically because they had a “free airport shuttle” but they didn’t state it started at 6am and my flight was at 5:30am. I had to schedule an Uber instead.

Poor service. We waited 5 hours in the lobby as our flight was early and we couldn’t check in until 4:00. At 3:30 there were a few families that came in and they were given their hotel room keys and off they went to their room. I went to ask how they got their room and we had to wait until 4:00. Eloise told me they paid the early check in fee. We saw this family after and asked if they had paid for the early check in…no they did not. We waited until 4:00, went to the desk and they didn’t have our room ready. You’ve got to be kidding me. I booked a double queen room with a balcony overlooking the pool. About 20 minutes later they gave us a room on the first floor overlooking a parking lot. We walked into the room, there was an ionizer running. I opened the patio door and tried to lock it. It didn’t lock…we are on the first floor. Then they came in to take the ionizer out of the room, I think they tried to do this before we got there but we got to the room first. We questioned the ionizer and apparently the guest before us wasn’t a very good guest. We went back to the desk to tell them to get us another room. Finally around 4:45 we got another room, third floor, facing the busy road. No balcony where we could sit out and enjoy the evening. I am so disappointed in this hotel. Never again. The fellow working when we got there at 11:00 am was super nice. We left our luggage with him while we went to get something to eat. Eloise needs customer service training.

I am very disappointed with this hotel , when I booked it says parking included and also breakfast then we arrived they charged me 150$ deposit and 30$ per night for parking if I wasn’t this tired I would look for another hotel it’s terrible smells bad I paid 425$ for two nights and they were super disrespectful at the front almost screaming at me DONT BOOK here ever

They only gave us 1 pillow each and said they don't have extras to give out. Front desk seems always short staffed. Pretty much no onsite dinning at all. No room service unless you ask for it. $30/night for parking is too much extra. There's street parking a few blocks away for free.

The staff here were incredibly kind. Check in and out was done with a smile. Our shuttle driver saw us get on the wrong shuttle, called us, and zipped in front of the van we were in to make sure we got onto his - pretty amazing. Rooms are older, but updated and fairly clean. Our room overlooked the pool/courtyard which was super cute. Stay was quite and bed was comfortable - all we could hope for during our quick overnight stay before heading back to LAX.

We waited at the airport for 1 hour and 40 minutes for the shuttle. Of course we called them, one past by around 50 minute mark which is already super long, but it was full. And second one came at 1hour and 40 minutes, this was ridiculous! I and two 70 year old just standing there for 1 hour and 40 minutes! And when I get to the hotel waited another 40 minutes to check in, I don’t understand why they were so slow! And when I told the guy at the front desk our shuttle experience, the guy said I’m sorry, hey take a water and it’s on me. Excuse me? Just a water for all these? And a guest was talking in the hall way around 4am and woke me up, apparently he didn’t want to disturb his family in the room, and of course no sound insulation. They play music in the courtyard, and the speakers were next to our room, so I’ve been sleeping on and off all night. Why would you play music in the middle of the night? And put speakers so close to guest room? I told the front desk when I check out, the front desk said I’m sorry but there’s nothing he can do about it! I didn’t have time to speak to a manager. Stay away, so ridiculous!

Room was nice, clean. Staff friendly and helpful with reservation prior to checking in (late arrival) and upon departure stating the everything taken care of.Housekeeping even checked and asked if everything was as good. Would use this as a regular hotel on my later travels

Trying to get the shuttle was a hassle. The male dispatcher was incredibly rude and hung up on me twice. He needs to understand that sometimes people need information to get around an unfamiliar airport. The hotel was good but since the dispatcher was the first contact after a 15 hour flight, everything else was tainted. Unacceptable customer service.
