The imsystem was down on the night we arrived. Someone had to come out and open the parking gate for us every time we came in and out. We didn’t have cable or internet the first night. We didn’t have key cards made until the following morning, so someone had to come with us and open the elevator and our room door.

Room was dirty, bathroom dirty, found pubic hair in the shower and 2 on the sink, found a used covid mask between the bed and nightstand. When we checked out, we told the girl about our room, the mask and our beds nor being remade and then the morning of checkout, we had the do not disturb sign out and at 8am we had the maid pounding on the door and she wouldn't stop till i finally opened the door and had to be rude and ask her is she knows how to read stay away. They are doing construction that says they start 11am-4pm, i heard them at 830am...staff could careless....i wouldn't stay there for free.....what a way to come home from a cruise,.......not to mention there's a out of business Sizzler next door with like a dozen homeless people living in front of....

The service was terrible. The rooms couldve been cleaner as the desks and couches were dusty and the toilet rolls were low when i came in. Also the receptionist, Christian was racist and discriminated against me regarding a hotel food delivery. He was very rude and mean to me. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Would stay here again.
Nice lobby, there's a Starbucks inside, but we didn't get anything from there, as we arrived late. Clean room, even if its a little dated, the carpeting in the room seemed much cleaner than comparable hotels. Staff are very nice. Sufficient and well-lit parking. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Property was fine. Slight issue with the Hotels.com chat representative who helped change our reservation WITHOUT mentioning the price change BEFORE confirming the re-booking (from 3 nights at $123 to 2 night but then at $159 and $199 ) Other than that annoyance which could have been explained upfront, no issue - great service as always otherwise.
