It was ourfirst time staying at this hotel and I could not have asked for better check-in and check-out service. The room was immaculate and it was very close and walkable to some great bars and restaurants. We would love to stay here again real soon.

Staff was pleasantly nice. The only downside is there’s a few sketchy people in the area. Unfortunately my husbands phone got stolen right off my car that was parked in front of the hotel lobby but ya live and learn I guess.

Parking is a bit tough because people are selfish and take up 2 parking spots or park terribly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It didn't have a family feeling to it. there were a lot of males around that looked like they lived there on a usual basis. I had two small boys and was scared they would get hurt on the property. so i did like that the hallways and stairs ways were all visible so I could see my boys even if they were coming from the room to the car. There was a guy taking a picture of a blow up doll in the pool when i first got up and luckily my kids were still asleep. If this is used for refugees that should be clearly stated so we know what kind of situation we are getting into at this propoerty.

The room was overpriced for the condition of the room and property. The wallpaper was peeling and bubbling off the walls. There was mold in the tile of the bathroom and around tub. Construction was happening at the property so much of the limited parking was taken by equipment. The mattress and bedding was cheaply made and very uncomfortable. The staff was accommodating for an early check in and it was conveniently located. Will definitely stay elsewhere on our next visit.

We couldn’t take a hot shower. Cold water for both nights. Called front desk to let him know the waters cold but he said there’s nothing he can do. If it was just my wife and I then so be it but it’s hard for a 5 year old kid.

I stayed in this hotel because of the 2024 X3 Expo at the Hollywood Palladium, which was minutes away from this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, were extremely kind, and they thoroughly answered all my questions and explained policies and procedures. The room I stayed in was great - spacious with a comfy bed, lots of towels and toiletries, a work station, good lighting, a fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. For the price, my stay here was an amazing value. By the way, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations - noise and fresh coats of paint are to be expected in the morning and afternoon hours. Thank you to the staff for making my time in Hollywood for the X3 Expo an unforgettable time that I'll always cherish.
