"I liked that we could get a room at 8.30 pm. Very tricky reception Chinese gentleman using translator app on phone. To communicate. On arrival at room kitchen floor area was wet. All plugs removed from sockets. No electricity blankets. Plus the sheets felt damp. Ended up sleeping on top of bed. They do need to lift the standard. But for 85 dollars- can’t expect much."

"Great central location, close to the main strip and beach. Renovated modern kitchen and bathroom. Noise from Lorne Hotel was noticeable but didn't bother us and stopped well before we were ready to sleep. We were happy with the little tea and coffee shelf and on site parking."
