Mini splits in each room so we were each able to control the temperature. The view from the crows nest was beyond amazing during sunrise / sunset. "The host, caretakers and property was everything they promised to be. We watched the sunrise from the zero gravity recliners most mornings and were used the kayaks every day. We had three separate couples, and the two Casitas and master suite in the main house gave a perfect blend between common spaces to congregate and privet spaces to escape to. The only downsides (which were minor) was proximity to the highway and some trouble with the kitchen appliances (which I'm sure is fixed by now)....

"I must say that this is one of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed at and I plan to return again in the future. The house was very clean and had ample space for all of us. We had coffee on the porch each morning with a beautiful ocean view and then took a stroll along the beach which begins the minute you open the back gate. "We have stayed at 7 properties in the neighborhood. It is as advertised. There were problems with water and plumbing on 2 days but they were rectified. The house has everthing one needs. The big thing for me is that I thought it needs better lighting. I like to read in the evening and there are no lamps to provide enough light. And it needs a std size coffee pot. Good location."
