The entire staff (particularly Wallace at the check in counter) was exceptional in their engagement, their helpfulness, and their personable demeanors. Our room was great with one of the best showers we've experienced in many trips to NYC (pressure is everything). Location and proximity to Times Square and subway access was perfect. "Wonderful property and very nice owners. Located within easy driving distance for dining, hiking and other activities. Breakfast was great. On our final day we needed to leave early and were given to go breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Attention to detail was excellent."

"The inn is very charming on the outside and the grounds were very pretty in the fall. The inside is starting to look a bit run down. Our room was very small and also in need of a refresh. I expect more from a room when I’m paying $450 a night. The food was just ok. The decorations for Halloween, specifically the carved pumpkins were impressive. Overall I was a bit disappointed and I think it is way overpriced for what you are getting."
"I stay at the motel all the time when I am up exploring the parks. My only issue is that the Wifi does not reach the rooms farther away from the office."
"Bed was very comfortable. But AC did not work. Host was not friendly. And the person cleaning the rooms glared at us on our way out the door before entering our room."
