"Overall a good choice. Centrally located and offers parking which is very convenient. Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good for laptop work and being out of room. Biella region is beautiful and relatively uncrowded compared to other small cities. Recommend hiking in Zegna Oasis preserve and Santuario Di Oropa. Piacenza factory store in Pollone has quality cashmere and wool clothing. Also recommend day trips to Torino and Aosta Valley. We would definitely return to this hotel!"

Breakfast is a rich and delicious buffet. A special thank you to the owner, Vincenzo, who helped us a great deal, was kind and welcoming, and gave us truly exceptional service. Highly recommended! "The hotel was being used for a wedding that weekend and the pool and restaurant area was closed due to this. Would’ve been good to know beforehand. The hotel itself is beautiful and a short walk to town to find food. The staff was very helpful in locating a restaurant, making a reservation for us and getting us a car for the airport the next morning. I would definitely stay there again, but would make sure that all the amenities were open before making a reservation. Out in the country in a small town close to the airport lots of character, huge rooms and bath."
