I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Mekki (chief concierge) assisted us in every way.The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options.
Overall, this hotel delivered exceptional service and true hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone visiting the area!

From the room to the staff everything was incredible. I wasn’t aware and/or a fan that it was off the main road and down, what I would call, an alley. But other than that I would say excellent. I would suggest that you add a light in the area right inside the door and where luggage is stored.

There were 4 of us traveling. We booked two rooms. I had to changed the very first room they booked for us because it stank like sewage and mildew. The wooden wall over the bed was peeling off and only one light worked in the room. In the bathroom, the window by the toilet had green and black mold ...
