My son and I loved our stay at this restful cottage. Not only did we have everything we needed--and more--but it is beautifully decorated, very peaceful, and comfortable. We both loved the goats and horses greeting us as we came and went!

This is our second time at this property and we will keep coming back! The cottage is well kept, comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings with the best shaded porch ever and of course, the animals! It’s always nice and quiet, save for the acorns hitting the roof or the ground, but that keeps you on your toes. We also liked the well stocked coffee with regular and decaf as well as the bathroom amenities.

Family Vacation

This was a great place for our family of 4 to stay. The owners were extremely friendly. The kids really enjoyed the animals and the outdoor area. The house was clean and a great place to relax.

Lookout Mountain cottage

This is a really cute and super clean cottage. It's very close to Rock City, Ruby Falls and Covenant College. We will definitely book in the future.

Incredible place

My family stayed here for a quick weekend trip and had a fabulous time. It was close to everything but gave us a sense of being out and isolated. I loved having the animals right outside our door. The cottage was immaculate and the hosts left little treats for us as well as treats for us to give the animals. We love this place and will definitely come back.

Beautiful!!

Loved the placement and location. Very close to town, so close to Rock City. It was just wonderful. Great for couples and small family’s! Host was very friendly and we would love to come back soon.

We stayed for two nights and it was wonderful. The property is lovely, the home is clean. The location is very close to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Getting up in the morning to see the animals was very nice, I enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Place for Family

My family loved staying at this property! It was clean and stocked well. Our little girl loved getting up every morning and seeinf the goats, rabbit, and horses! The property was easy to find with a GPS and the directions given from the host.

Fantastic, charming and cozy

We really loved our stay. The property is located close to most attractions. It has everything and a bit more to stay comfortably with small touches added by the hosts to make your stay better. The hosts are extremely kind, letting my son help feed the animals and providing helpful information. My son loved being able to move around the house and interact with the animals. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay and we will be returning.

Quiet and perfect

Was a great stay! It was exactly as described and had a tucked away feeling which leant to a very nice quiet family experience. It was also super close to rock city without feeling any of the busy traffic.
