While PH is at an ideal location, the room was dusty, too dark and the carpet smelt. PH can do better with maintenance and upkeep, as the hotel makes money!!!!!

When we got to the room, the tub had urine stains. We had to call front desk to send house keeping to clean the tub. Then the room had a smell of urine. By the window there were stains, I know it’s a pet friendly place so I’m not sure if the person previously had a pet but the smell was unbearable I was able to spray my room spray to cancel out some of the smell. Unfortunately that was the only room and they couldn’t switch me out.
