"Overall what you would expect in a Danish Kro, but two things could be better: only one towel in a two-bed room, and a difficult tv with no instructions available. "
"We had a great (3-nights) stay at Strandhotellet. It is a lovely stylish hotel with a quaint atmosphere, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We received excellent service and the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming.
Note if you stay during the warmer season: There’s no AC in the room or ventilation in the bathrooms. The room had a small portable fan which we turned on at night: We would have preferred to leave the patio doors open, to experience the ocean breeze but due to...
"Incroyable. Absolument incroyable "
"The property is clean, floors are very squeaky, staff is nice, no elevator which made it challenging with all the luggage we had. All in all a recommendable hotel."
"This place has a certain charm because it is smaller and very relaxed as well as 2 to 4 walk to all the restaurants and even the beach. The town is very special in that it is small but has lots of dining options and is located about 200 meters from the beach. Rooms are smallish but adequate."

Dramatic coastal cliffs frame this charming fishing village where artists' galleries line narrow streets near the North Sea. Climb the historic Mårup Church ruins and explore nearby Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse before it eventually succumbs to coastal erosion.
