"Amazing place to stay
Quirky with so many things to see and do. Wine bar was terrific. Live music, well laid out venue. Mr grubb food was really good and the accommodation was a highlight. We will be back."
"My partner and I stayed for 2 nights and were blown away by the lovely facilities and staff. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay at the Curlewis Golf Club and we are not golfers but loved it anyway."

"The property was excellent and well furnished with all commodities.Only down side trying to work some appliances this was only a very minor issue as they all worked as expected. One other very minor issue there was no soap for the shower and second bedroom did not have any hangers. this did not affect our stay and will be back again."
"This place is dirty. The bedrooms & bathrooms appeared to be clean. The front screen door had a thick layer of dirt. The living rm & kitchen area was not clean. The window sill in the kitchen had dead insects on it. The cup holders in the lounge suite had crumbs in them, & a nut shell, & crumbs in the leather seams. The tv stand had a thick dust layer under the tv. Something had been spilled on the metal bin, which had been wiped, but still dirty. The back door screen had a thick layer of dirt, something been spilt down it, which had washed the dirt off that area. The coffee machine was full of used coffee pods.Next morning, trying to make a cooked breakfast, there was not a usable pan. They were rusty & scratched. Something had been spilt on the cooktop, the toaster was dirty, & a stainless pot for boiling water was dirty. The pool/spa water was murky, you couldn’t see the bottom, not very inviting. We decided to leave, we couldn’t stay any longer in this dirty house. The host did offer to have someone clean & also replace the cookware. But we did not want to vacate while this was done. It’s a premium place, with a premium price, cleaning should have been done before we arrived. So 12 months of saving, wasted. A holiday ruined. The host puts us at fault for not reporting earlier & waiting for all these things to be rectified. We didn’t want to spend time in a dirty house even if an attempt was made to put it right. We deserve a refund, despite volunteering to leave."
