About this space:
Home located on 1 acre of land in the luxury neighbor hood of Markham Woods. This property is the ideal place to stay for a family vacation, or business trip. Take a swim in our large pool and enjoy the Florida Sun!

Entire home at your disposal with 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, office space, two living rooms, dining area, and large pool! Each bedroom equipped with TV’s and Netflix, ceiling fan, and closets to fit all your necessities. Enjoy the oversized sunroom with access to the private backyard, along with new washer and dryer.

Reservations are recommended as they book up fast!

Other things to note:
Fantastic food options within a 5 minute drive right down the street. We recommend the following restaurants:
Fig’s Prime
Santiago’s Bodega
Terramia

Target, Publix, Fresh Market, Walgreens all also within 5-10 minutes on Lake Mary Blvd.

About 15 Minutes to Winter Park for shopping and restaurants, about 35-45 minutes to Disney and Universal Studios , or 10 minutes drive to Wekiwa Springs.

Central Florida

The house was exactly what we needed while attending a wedding in Longwood. Beds were comfortable, TV’s in each room & nice decor. Outlets in bathrooms did not work which made it difficult while getting ready for 2 formal events.The house is dated but it is clean & cozy.
