"We stayed at this hotel due to the walking proximity to Universal Studios - and it did not disappoint! We were able to walk to Universal within 20-25 minutes with no issues. The staff were very kind and helpful when we needed it and our room was modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again if we needed to."

"Resort was super clean and staff was amazing. At first it might be a little harder to navigate the check in entrance because it's different then the actual hotel entrance. They have tons of great things to do and it's truly beautiful. 10 out of 10 for the most amazing vacation experience. "

"Our room had very dirty floors. We never went barefoot or never put our bags on the floor due to the dirt. The bedding was very clean. The trash bins were full most of the time. "

"The establishment offers great options for those who need to use shuttle service, parking available, pool area was nice and lively with the DJ playing. DJ was good. Family friendly location, close to many walk-able food locations. We stayed in the Tower and it was a bit noisy at night with guests walking through the corridors to their rooms. We didn't have an issue with the noise but it may bother others if the are light sleepers. For the price, no complaints. It was affordable, central location to most parks and tourist areas, and the room was clean.As long as you are on a budget and not looking for a 5 star hotel, you will be just fine. I would stay there again. "
