Cars trying to run over people under the awning. Desk manager was involved marijuana, smoking next-door, knocking on door in the middle of the night.

The front desk attendant wasn't around, I was waiting 15 minutes for her to arrive. She said that she was doing housekeeping duties. As a former Wyndham employee with Dolce International, this is unacceptable. The FDM needs not to be the only employee working, especially at night
Property was old and out dated. The furniture in the room was scratched up, it reminded me of the old school Motel 6. I dont recommend staying here. The staff was nice and polite but the issues with the hotel is the ownership.

Refrigerator not turned on/ ready for use. Air not on, not AC or fan, so room was stuffy on arrival. No signal for TV. Front desk staff promised to come to the room and fix, but never showed. Card reader to get inside from parking worked variably. Took up to 8 taps to get it to read. Anyone, particularly a female, needs to consistently access the interior of the building with one tap. Folks smoking pot in vehicle in parking lot. Elevator dirty. Overall disappointed with stay.
Reserved at a good price. Clean bed and room. Some items in the room need to be replaced/repaired.

I recommend this hotel. An older LaQuinta, but well run and very clean. The beds we’re comfortable and our room was quiet as it was facing the parking lot, and not the Highway
Bed bugs, mold, roaches, indoor pool too cold to swim in. Very disappointed. I have pics to prove. My kids and husband have bed bugs bites all over them. Took daughter to urgent care because of allergic reaction to the bed bugs bites
Key card was barely working, was given someone else’s room, another guest also walked in my room, holes in curtains, air not working properly, hotel says smoke free, but the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. Overall, not a good experience.
The room was kind of shabby, and the bathroom was not very clean. There were tiny roaches in the bathroom-- if I had seen them before we went to sleep, we wouldn't have stayed there, but I didn't see them until the morning. Their hot tea at breakfast was family-sized tea bags that you use to make iced tea. It definitely wasn't worth the money we spent. We will stay somewhere else the next time we're in town.
Ice machines don't work only on first floor, you have three floors of guest, no eggs at breakfast, you have crockpot of gravy and cold biscuits you ever had that anywhere, microwave is the answer if you need help

Wanted on the first floor but couldn't get it. Put me on the 2nd where they told me it was quite which it isn't. Very disappointed in this stay. Hotel has really changed in a year.
We were very disappointed with our room, we travel with a service animal. The room we were given was out dated, the lamp fixtures were starting to rust and tacky to the touch. Floor was slick and greasy to the touch. The chemicals used to clean were very strong to the smell and were present in the air all night. The temperature in the room was very humid and damp like it was cooled with a water cooler. We didn’t sleep well at all, very disappointing for the price we paid. I feel we were discriminated with because we had a service animal and sad. Veterans and their animals are no different than any other customer
The lady at the front desk was great at her job but as soon as I walked into the room it smelt disgusting. There was blood drippings on the bed, and the room was disgusting. I merely packed my bags and left the hotel for one down the road. Besides, the management who did their jobs to help out the hotel itself was disgusting and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
This hotel really disappointed us. The original room we had smelt really bad ( from other reviews we found out they were trying to get rid of cockroaches), the air coming from the AC was horrible. Shower did not work.
When we notified the staff about the issues, they refused to deal with it as “ it was too late” and we need to come the next morning.we were asked why we did not let the front desk know in the morning- we tried but there was nobody at the reception and rooms don’t have phones to call reception.
The next morning the hotel had a different staff at the front since it was payday and everyone was in( that’s what the staff told me!!)I explained the issue again and a nice person moved us to a different room immediately.
Even though the new room seemed way nicer, there were lots of issues with it as well- dirty vents,leaking shower, torn curtains and ironing board.
The staff was pretty rude ( except for the lady who helped us) and not willing to help at all.
The only highlight of the stay was indoor swimming pool that helped a lot with cooling off.
There is a serious water/mold problem going on in this hotel that I think they are ignoring. The first room we were assigned had so much water damage and mold/mildew. It was on the ceiling, on the walls, in the painting on the wall. Baseboards were falling off. The hallway leading to the room even smelled like mildew. Just wasn't good for me and my asthma. Milan, the manager, was super nice and quick to put us in another room, but that one also had mold/mildew spores on the wall nearest to the window, just not as bad. The rooms could use repainting and just a good DEEP clean. I preferred only being in the room when I needed to sleep because I couldn't stomach being in there any longer than that. This hotel is not even that old and has rapidly declined. Bet I won't ever book here again!
