This place was dirty, had roaches, smoke detector missing, hole in wall, nasty mattress, toilet super noisy, broken microwave, peeling finish in bathtub and no coffee pot. Gross

I just wanted a break. Nestled against the piney woods. Place was clean quiet plus cool air. Ir provided what i needed. Dog also semmed to enjoy just wanted to explore the woods even though last August he could barely walk from a snake bite.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful but the place wasn't the cleanest and they charge a lot for dogs when the room was already damaged, wires sticking out of the wall, only 2 pillows for a king bed and oh yeah roaches everywhere. We had to sleep with the lights on and along with an uncomfortable bed didn't get much sleep. We were warned that if we paid for the room and not happy we wouldn't be able to get a refunded.

Okay for overnight
I just stayed one night and everything was satisfactory.
I thought it odd that the beds had small square cushions without pillow cases for head rests rather than ordinary sleeping pillows with pillow cases. The clerk told me that all the beds in the motel were like that. Luckily, I brought my own pillow, so this was not a problem for me.

I have to say I have stayed in hotels all over the USA and have had some great and aweful visits over the years and when I pulled up I was nervous because it was an old places but the room I had was absolutely awesome! It was cool when I opened the door, there was none of that old smell in there, and the room was spotless! Cleanest room and cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen! Thank you for making my stay great!

The management and owners of this property are incredibly kind and helpful, since I am in town often on business, they really worked with me to get the best possible rate for the room I wanted went online it said that they were all booked. I will definitely Be using this for my three days a week in town every week!

My stay was good. Some light fixtures didn't work in the room, couple of unknown spots on the walls. Overall it was clean.

Guess I got what I asked for...A cheap room!!! Condom wrapper on the floor, along with all kinds of debris that I’m sure this room did NOT get vacuumed at all but DEFINITELY not under ANYTHING!!! Some liquid had been dried all over the walls in the bathroom. Microwave was dirty. There was no ashtray in this smoking room but I got one from the front desk clerk who was nice enough I guess. No trash can liners or ice bucket liners or tissue.

It is very outdated, but nonetheless, my stay was very comfortable. At check-in, the mgr/owner was so pleasant and friendly. There is a bar there with a varied clientele, not lacking in fun any given night. This place is nothing along the lines of the Hilton, but I would have no problem recommending it.

We are very sorry for inconvenience you have during your stay. We have extra heaters available at front desk. We know that Heaters are very important during cold weather. We are very sorry for that.

Check in service was great. We were accidentally placed in a smoking room and they fixed it right away with no problem. The room was very clean and water pressure was good. I thought the mattress was uncomfortable (springy and lumpy), but my boyfriend thought it was fine. We brought our dog and they were welcoming.
Be aware, there are definitely people that will approach you in the dark parking lot to ask for money.
Overall, decent value for the price but the area is a little sketchy.
