There deposit policy very very unfair and bad take too long to get itv back and you might as well bring your own vacuum cleaner your own cleaning staff cuz they are too pickular two particular with their rooms being cleaned and I got my deposit back everything else was great but the deposit process runs this day for me I will never stay here again

Stayed in an "Accessible" room but the tub is not accessible and although there is room in the bathroom to maneuver and plenty of grab rails one of the rails in the tub was not secured. Also the tub is not "accessible" as most older wheelchair individuals will not have enough upper body strength to lift themselves out of the tub. If the the visitor brought a shower chair it would not be of much good as the shower head has poor pressure and is mounted stationary at 6.5 feet on the wall.

Sadly .. it looked good. First the desk clerk was not as warm and friendly. Came to find out that There was No Hot Water.... Later another had stated in a review .. they never mentioned when I checked in... In the morning I thought I missed breakfast ... They had a nice area... WAS TOLD ABRUPTLY THEY DID NOT DO BREAKFAST.. Again that was mentioned when I checked in Found out hadn't had breakfast in 4 months... So the the information in Expedia was incorrect. Price still the same but without a benefit. So not a good experience... No hot water. No Breakfast Not the Friendliest Staff

My what high ceilings you have
Perfect when passing through. Very spacious room, very comfortable bed. Ample well lit parking. I dont use them but they have EV chargers. Cons no breakfast, pool closed. But I wasnt there for that. Bath towels were thin and small. Room had some age to it. But i would book there again. Great value for the price.

Great hotel
Enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't serve breakfast anymore and the toilet in our room keep stopping up, but eventually flushed. Other than that, the staff was great, the atmosphere was great and great location. I would definitely stay again.

You can tell this property was beautifully updated within the past few years. Unfortunately it is not maintained at all. There were cigarette burns in the furniture. The faucet in the shower was hanging on by a small piece of caulk. The grout around the tile was gone and some tiles were loose. There was trash everywhere outside and in the parking lot. You can see that there is no pride in it at all, and it is starting to attract a shady crowd. The front desk people were nice.

AC unit in room 413 was not working properly. Wouldn’t cool below 80. Significant amount Blood on the black out curtains. Had to receive 5 different access cards because the others wouldn’t work correctly. At one point was locked out of our room for a while waiting on new cards again. When we spoke to the lady at the counter about our problems all she kept saying was sorry, we don’t have anymore rooms and maintenance man is gone. After having the 5th key card replaced we asked for a manager to call us Monday (knowing it was the weekend) and the lady just commented back, I’ll see what I can do. When she was advised about the blood on the curtain, she said there is no house keeping and are you sure it’s blood. When I advised her of my career (that deals with blood) she said, so you think that makes you an expert? Have pictures to prove of the blood. Now the maintenance man, when he arrived (did not get his name) but he was absolutely great !!! Very polite, apologized several times and completely changed out the ac unit. This man needs to be the face of their company!!!

I deeply apologize that you experienced the issues when you checked in. The front desk GSR had no right to speak to you in that manner. She did inform me of the issues at hand and I told her that she was to let you know we would give you the first night back. Again I apologize for this happening.

I like the charging stations for my Tesla. The room was big and comfortable. On the negative side: TV did not work, bathroom faucet was loose, bed sheets were uncomfortable, continental breakfast was minimal (just orange juice and biscuits), I am waiting to see how the extra $50.00 for "deposit" will turn out.
