"The current managers have been upgrading the accommodation and ensuring the grounds and facilities are everything a guest would ask for. The cabin was spacious and clean with a living area, separate bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. Easy parking. The kitchen had a frig, hotplates, toaster, kettle and microwave with all cooking and eating utensils. A lovely, peaceful place to stay and close to the Stockman's Hall of Fame and the Qantas musuem and airport."

"Super easy checkin as we didn't arrive till later in the evening. Have stayed at Jumbuk before and we chose them again for this reason. Beds were uncomfortable this time - too firm.. Other than that it was all good. However, if you are arriving into Longreach later in the evening, be aware that there probably won't be anywhere for you to eat. Lady at local pub was gracious enough to let us buy $30 worth of packet chips, a packet of beer nuts and some beef jerky for the 3 of us to share for dinner. "
