  • RVA presents this spacious vacation home. The Tarawitt Home, is located on a secluded road at the northern tip of Longboat Key. This vacation home has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. With three bedrooms, three baths, a sleeper sofa, and a separate family and game room, the Tarawitt Home can house up to eight persons comfortably. This two-story home sits directly on a canal that leads to Sarasota Bay, and is within walking distance from local shops and dining. Amenities include a private pool, large screened porch, garage parking, a grill, private washer/dryer units. New Home Resource furnishings and a grand fireplace create an atmosphere that is comfortable and casual. With a deeded beach access, the Tarawitt Home is a short walk to the beach -- you are never far from all the necessities of a Florida vacation. Tarawitt Home also welcomes pets, so bring the whole family!



    Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of the Tarawitt Home will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had never stayed on the bay side let alone on a canal. Wasn’t so sure how I’d like it. It was fun and a nice change. You never see your neighbor in a condo complex but a home on a canal has dog walkers etc that say hello. Everyone waves when driving by. It was nice.

741 Tarawitt Drive Was A Big Disappointment To Us

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home to stay in while we had a full remodel done to our condo. This home had not been well maintained and had many issues with it. There was no hot water in the shower, which a plumber came and fixed, the A/C on the ground level stopped working & had to be fixed, there was evidence of termites and BLACK MOLD in the downstairs bathroom, which led RVA to move us to a different home. We were very unhappy with this home and recommend you don't rent it.

Termites on porch. Bug spray in almost every room. RVA let us move out after a week. They tried to clean up. Just very old place.

Utility Disaster at 741 Tarawitt !

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit three years ago and had nomajor problems then. They had just completed major work on the unit prior to our arrival this year, and everything went wrong. No light in the swimming pool; propane tank malfunction with no heat in clothes dryer - decreased heat in pool; kitchen range would not work; ice box lost power; RVA did react with variable success. The light switches need to be labelled - there seems to be dozen of switches to something !The floor plan works well for our family, and my sisters live across the street, so the location is perfect. We will be back for family functions, and will consider renting this unit again, if you can anticipate and correct many of the problem listed. We were told that we willreceive a $ 400.00 credit for the problems, andwe appreciate that. See below - I am not from Tarzana, but from San Diego,

Fantastic, private getaway

We loved our Longboat Key vacation! The house had more than enough room for our family of 4 to gather and then retreat to our own private corners. Location was great. We really appreciate RVA’s outstanding customer service and will 100% be booking one of their properties again.
