Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all linens and beach towels are provided. Welcome to our island-style living!

Our condo features a breakfast bar island, plus a spectacular Gulf view from the open kitchen/dining/living area leading to the screened beachfront lanai. Tile floor in the living room/ kitchen/ bathrooms and hallways; carpet in the bedrooms.
King-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom.
The split floor plan insures that the quiet bedrooms are separated from family activity areas in this "all-on-one-level" condo.
