About this property

LaPlaya 101A - Step out to the beach. Light and bright end unit.

  • Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo, directly on the beach, in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominium provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, plus washer and dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided.
    This light and airy unit has an open floor plan with a screened lanai facing the beach, and unobstructed views from the living room, dining area and kitchen. Quiet bedrooms are set apart in a split floor plan, giving ultimate privacy. There is a king bed in the newly furnished master en suite, and twin beds in the guest bedroom. The condo is wheelchair accessible, with a walk-in shower.
    Tile floor throughout the unit.
    There are chaise lounges on the beach for guests.
    All interior photos are current and accurately represent the home. We update the listing images immediately whenever improvements or upgrades are made

FANTASTIC!!

If your looking for a Florida beach vacation this is the place! We have rented condos on Florida beaches for years and this is by far our favorite stay. Right on the beach, great restaurants nearby, grocery store 5 minutes away. Can't be beat!

Very nice beach front property

La Playa did not disappoint. The property is clean, quiet and has a perfect view of ocean. The unit was very clean and well-appointed. The beach in front of the property was very quiet with only a few couples and families. We would definitely choose this property for our next stay in Longboat Key.
