Our spacious 2800 sq. ft two level vacation home is perfect for your family getaway from the busy city. It is located in a private community packed with amenities amidst all of the famous Pocono attractions.
First floor has huge living space with lounge area and ping pong table, a bedroom with queen size bed, office with queen size bed and large full bathroom with connected laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. The backyard is easily accessible directly from the living room. Second/main floor has 2 bedrooms + primary suite, huge kitchen with island, separate dining room with table for 10 people, 2 living rooms and a shared guest bathroom. Additional expandable dining table is available if you need extra seating. If you feel like grilling there is a five burner propane BBQ on the deck just a step away from the living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and ready for your cooking endeavors. You can find a full primary suite,with KING size bed with Casper mattress and its own bathroom with jetted tub and a smart TV. Looking for some quiet relaxation time in the nature? Our brand new 6 person hot tub is expecting you in our very secluded backyard. If you're a smores person there's a firepit available for you to enjoy.

The house is very conveniently located to all of the attractions in the area. The community has INDOOR and OUTDOOR POOLS, 5 lakes, 2 small beaches, kids playgrounds, beach volleyball court, tennis and basketball courts (amenities passes are available for purchase at the office).Our house is about 10-15min drive from the most popular Pocono points of interest.

Owner is not responsible if amenities cannot be used due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions and/or other conditions specified by the community.
