"Seth was so accommodating and wonderful for our trip to celebrate my sister getting married. It was a very clear cut process to rent the property for the weekend and Seth made It super easy to keep track of what was needed for check in and check out. The property is absolutely stunning, it’s the perfect place to hangout with the pool, hot tub and tennis court. There was more space than we thought there was and each room was perfectly set up for our group. After the first night, Seth checked in to see how everything was and if there was anything we needed. We had the best weekend in the best house with the best host I’ve ever had! Thank you so much Seth! "

"Great property. Close to Westhampton (10 min) Large private yard with nice pool for entertaining. Main house is cottage like with plenty of room for a family. Pool house is more modern and has large living area, full bath, EIK and downstairs king bedroom where a separate family or kids could stay apart from the main house closer to pool area. The location is very close to Town of Westhampton, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. The location also has supermarket, Rite Aid and liquor store close by (2 min) The property has all the amenities you would need to be comfortable for getaway on East End of Long Island with day trips to the North Fork, as well as Montauk and all towns in between. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. Only downside was next to LIRR tracks and could hear the train as it passed but got used to it and it didn’t bother us. "
