Thank you for Staying with us for 15 Times since June ,19. we have always given you the best 5 star hospitality services. we checked you in at 12.00 pm as you know check in time 3.00 pm. we have always extended your late check out as you know it is 11 am. we got complained from the guest of next room that loud noises were coming in early morning from your room that we managed somehow.it is very surprised  when you write review and given 2 star .
