I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed.
I would especially like to recognize Mr. Minh, the bellman, who provided exceptional service with a friendly attitude and great attention to detail. He was always helpful, efficient, and made arriving and departing a seamless experience.
Ms. Nhi at the reception also delivered outstanding service — professional, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her hospitality really stood out and made my stay even more pleasant.
Overall, the staff’s dedication to service excellence made a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.
