Hotel manager was excellent with very good English.
However, restaurant that is operated as a separate entity, has no effective management. Also, there is no joined up thinking or joined up anything between hotel and restaurant for dinner specials.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always did their best to help. As someone traveling alone, I felt very safe here no matter what time of day or night. The location is great, and the staff are there for you 24/7.
That being said, coming from the US, this was the first hotel I’ve stayed at with a specific policy regarding guests visiting your room after a certain time. I completely understand that this is in place as a safety precaution, and I certainly don’t consider it a negative reflection of the hotel.
I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to my friends. I just wanted to mention it as a friendly heads-up for other solo travelers. If you’re planning on going out to bars or clubs and meeting someone, just be aware that bringing a guest back to your room may not be allowed after certain hours.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were throughout my visit.

"We found the best feature for us was the swimming pool. The complex is very large and there is quite a lot of walking. And at my age walking up hill is not good. They have these golf carts that pick you up whenever you want. So that’s another way to get around. But we still enjoyed our stay"
