"This was amazing! From the moment we walked in the lobby we felt so welcome! We booked a king room with a pullout couch for the 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids and the woman at the front desk asked if we would prefer 2 queen beds instead bc there was more room for the 5 of us to sleep on. We accepted and we were so grateful. The beds were so comfortable. The people are so polite, beautiful room, AMAZING location! We spent a little more than we wanted on this trip for the room but it was worth it 10000%. My daughter fell and got hurt and an employee asked was asking if she was ok. She said if you need anything please let us know. We walked back to our room and sat my daughter down and decided to call and ask the front desk if they had ice packs and someone brought ice to our room, bandaids and water bottles, and asked if we needed anything else. Staff was amazing! I felt safe here. The only thing I didnt like was that there were so many stairs. There were different levels. That was the only negative thing I have to say about this place! Will definitely be coming back!!!"

"This house was amazing! It was right across the street from the beach so less than a minute to walk out the door and be out on the sand! There were two restaurants that were right down the street from the house that we could easily walk to (The Barnacle and Fruit and Flavor). They were great spots for any meal of the day. Our group had 3 families (11 people total) and there was so much space. We didn’t even use one of the beds. Just a heads up - units A, C, and D all had direct indoor access to the main shared living space. Unit B was upstairs and the private entrance to that unit was only accessible by going outside. All units do have separate entrances as well. We were so comfortable with 3 families and we could have easily added another smaller family to the group. The place was clean and well maintained with so much cape cod charm. We really enjoyed our stay!"
