    Our goal is to give you an amazing experience in a beautiful home that has something for everyone.

    As a small, local business that is focused on guest experience, we are unique in that we not only own and manage all of our vacation rentals, but we have also built or remodeled each one.

    This is not only a large high-end home with an unobstructed view of the Pacific, it is also incredibly organized, comfortable, and comes with a private path to the beach. If a vacation in luxury is what you are looking for, this is the beach house for you.

This property was absolutely beautiful, and my friends/family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was conveniently located close to town and the beach. Communication with the owner (Toby) was outstanding; he really wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer than we did!

Amazing place

I absolutely loved the location and the house. Just perfect for a friends vacation. Had so many activities to keep the kids and adults busy: board games, video games, yard games, beach, town, and don't forget the hot tub. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. House was very clean and organized, and had a lot more amenities than any other place I've stayed. Absolutely would come back again.

We were a large multi-generational family group (3 to 60) and this was perfect! AWESOME beach house

This house is incredible for families (or large groups of friends). Two incredible master suites. Generous sleeping arrangements with plenty of super comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you'll need (and then some). Indoor and outdoor game rooms were the icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor and stay at this beach house!

A wonderful property!

This home was perfect for our framily group (preschool-40 yr olds). Beds for all. Also, the beds are incredible! One member of our party said it's the best sleep they've had on vacation. The kitchen is STOCKED! And labeled! Waffle and icecream maker! The grass is soft, the beach was fun and not crowded, and outdoor showers helped to keep the sand to a minimum

Our second stay at Toby’s property

Our family fully enjoyed our second stay at Ocean’s Trail! As a chef, I truly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and the entire house was. I love how well organized it was. We were able to utilize the clam guns and nets in the garage game room and even the weather cooperated. We highly recommend this property and look forward to trying other properties owned by Toby. A beautiful and expensive home. Perfect size for our family. Easy beach access. Nice big yard to play games. Wonderful hot tub too. Great location to cute town of Long Beach. On the downsize not enough bath towels. Very little pantry space. No plastic bags for food. A few staples in pantry but not much. I expected more for the cost of this property.

From start to finish the booking was easy, the host communicative making sure we always felt welcome and answered all questions. The property as beyond all! This house has it all for the pickiest traveler. Attention to detail making sure we never had to “hunt” for anything. The game room is incredible, the arcade machine over the top, pool table, pong pong, clamming gear, outdoor games, every video game system known! Each bedroom had amazingly comfortable beds, views of the ocean off every balcony, a hot tub, so much more. We will be returning OFTEN. 4 days is not enough. Must not miss property!

What a wonderful home with great views. We watched the huge waves from the storm from both upstairs windows! We all thoroughly enjoyed your home and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Two great masters and the 6 bedrooms worked so well for us....everyone had their own bed!! Very clean and we loved all the labels where everything goes! AND the game work was so surprising! Ocean Trail, an Exceptional Property

The title above says it all. This is absolutely the best, by far, short term rental we have stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were hundreds of games and puzzles provided for all abilities, plus a pool table, ping pong table and numerous outside activities. The beds were comfortable and numerous. The house itself is gorgeous with an unobstructed ocean view. There is a short path through the sand grass to the beach. We saw bald eagles, a coyote, and a deer from the house. Toby is the commensurate host. We, as a family of three generations, will definitely visit Ocean Trail again.
