Great quiet B&B on the Coast. The owner is just phenomenal, very welcoming, and personable. We had the room with the tub. Relaxing sitting in it, watching the coastline and the birds.

Highly recommended

Everything was amazing. I will definitely be going back to stay here at the Campbell house. The host are super friendly and made us feel like family. The location is off the beaten path and in a really nice quiet location.

This is a bed and breakfast setting with cheerful hosts and friendly guests. The large grassy dunes and the eagle perches and sitings were the most unique items.

Beautiful Site on the Beach

The view from our room was amazing and we enjoyed an outstanding sunset. The B&B includes a private trail to the beach. In the morning, there was an American Bald Eagle perched about 50 yards from our window. It was very memorable. And Peter's breakfast was both varied and delicious.

Peter and Jo were gracious hosts. Their home is warm and inviting and just steps from the beach on their own duneland trail! The views from the master bedroom are heavenly and if I lived there I would honestly have a hard time leaving that room! Peter roasts his own coffee beans and made some spectacular shrimp breakfast burritos that kept us full for hours after. We only stayed for one night for our 16th anniversary but it felt much longer. We will definitely find a way to return. Thank you Peter and Jo- you're awesome!

We enjoyed the private accommodations, view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Our hosts were the perfect combination of present and unobtrusive. The breakfast was ample and well prepared. Lovely!

Loved having a view of the open water and the constant change of sky along with being able to hear the waves breaking all night long. Peter loves to cook and the breakfasts are delectable. It's off the main drag so it is also quiet and secluded. Very nice place.

Relaxing trip with amazing breakfast at the beach

We had a great stay. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts were amazing and made you feel like you were with friends. The breakfast was delicious and we were impressed. Quiet B&B is a great place to reconnect

We’ve stayed at Campbell House twice and loved it each time. The proprietors are wonderful and treat guests like dear family friends. The beach is so close, town is a short drive away, breakfast is always tasty and plentiful. And sometimes you can see an eagle from your bedroom window!

Extremely clean. Those with pet allergies should note the owners have cats and dogs that are allowed in the house. Food was great and food allergies were noted. Very good help in discovering local places to see, dine and experience. Highly recommended.

Homey Beach House at Klipsan Beach

Place was great! Private B&B with unique access to the beach. Great view of the Ocean. Host was more the accommodating and provided the best breakfast in all of long beach. Long Beach is not the most Bustling beach town, especially in the off season. If you are looking for a place to unplug and take a break from the daily race, this is the place to be.
