The food was decent, but it would be nice to have a little more variety or different options each day. Some of the servers could also use a bit of basic training — for example, my coffee had some grounds in it and came without milk, the toast arrived but no butter or jam, and the juice glass was barely half full. Just a few small improvements like these would make a big difference in the overall experience."

"The property lies on top of a point overlooking the sea. The views are amazing. It is a few km away from top level attractions: Frenchman's Cove, Blue Lagoon, Boston Beach, Winifred Beach, etc. Staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic. The second thing I didn’t like was that while the property boasted about having a pool, it was only when me and my family arrived we were informed that the pool wasn’t working due to not filtering properly. It would have been nice to know this beforehand to plan our entertainment properly. Up in the hills is very dark and the first night for us was a bit scary because there was no outside lights initially turned on, it was only after we contacted the owner that lights were turned on, which made me feel a lot safer. Thirdly, I understand the owner lives there and that’s fine, what I didn’t like was the fact that the clothes line was in almost direct view outside my door. It felt a little tacky to see clothing, including undergarments hanging there. While I do love the view from the property, I honestly wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Our stay here was splendid and memorable. This beautiful home is managed by a well-suited trio led by Denny. To put it simply, the team delivers with a heightened level of professionalism balanced with warmth. We felt welcomed and cared for from our arrival to the reluctant departure. The home is nicely decorated sitting on a well-appointed manicured landscape. Early mornings and evenings on the veranda and pool deck were idyllic. We enjoyed alfresco meals, courtesy of Denny and Keith. Not only was the food delicious, the attention to quality and presentation was greatly appreciated. Denny and Keith consistently hit the mark and provided excellent service. The interior was clean and sufficiently spacious accommodating our family of 10. Kudos to Karen for keeping our space fresh daily. We really enjoyed the entire property including the game room including the Ludi board, pool, and the outdoors. A walkabout on the property soaking up the fresh island scents and exploring the variety of fruit and other species of trees is not to be missed. I could write on and on about my family’s chance encounter with Denny, Keith and Karen and this lovely home but the best thing would be for you to experience this yourself, making your own connection with the people and the space.
