Hotel was fine but I will never use Hotels.com ever again as they messed up my booking completely costing me £1600 !!! I called them 3 times and sent 5-6 emails to which each time they apologised and said they would correct it, but never did anything !!!

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Rooms were a bit dated, and room service menu was quite sparse. All in all a great location and excellent service.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
No signal so you cant get wifi, basic room but super clean, but it would be good to have a shower matt/towel. Dont leave anything in the room as we left a top in there and nobody gets back to you or helps when you call or email
