Hollywood Casino & Hotel Columbus

Hollywood Casino & Hotel Columbus

8/10 Good
"Front desk was very helpful by one person and very rude by another person. The rude person told me to scan my credit card into the machine but it did not go through several times she even said it was declined. When the helpful front desk person saw what I was doing she came over and helped by putting the strip face up in the machine. Then it went through. Rude person did not tell Me to do that. I was very mad. Not a good start to my stay."
