A decent, comfortable place
This is a clean, well-lit room in a very central location for Shoreditch and Spitalfields. It's a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a private bathroom. Enough space for a single person or a couple. The condition of the property is excellent, and although I had a problem with the heater on the first day it was resolved swiftly. The guest team are very responsive and helpful. The shared kitchen is clean and well-equipped making food preparation easy and storage plentiful. I've stayed here now on two occasions and will happily stay again.

Not recommended - security issues and no cleaning
I would not recommend this place as the location is very noisy and the neighbourhood has lots of drug addicts - in the middle of the night they are screaming or fighting in the street, the main entrance door of the building doesn’t close properly therefore is a security risk and the room door is a pin base lock, no cctv camera in the public space and no deadbolt in the room lock, no change of towels for a whole week, no apartment cleaning during the 6days I was there. It’s over priced, unsafe and not well appointed. London has much better to offer. I will not return to this “so-called services apartment”
