Honestly stay somewhere else if it's affordable
The service failed at nearly every single interchange. I needed to consult the concierge about half a dozen times, the f&g manager once, and the house manager twice to deal with anything from rude housekeepers to inattentive restaurant servers to miniscule rooms and even general safety during the storm (Dennis). Icing on the cake was the dirty lobby restrooms with graffiti on the stall doors, see image.
