Easy access to the DLR and Canary Wharf area; what I didn’t Iike was that upon checkin I was told I would have/be getting a safe in my room but that never happened. Walls were very thin so I could here the person in the other bedroom snoring loud and clear. The worst was the heating system, I couldn’t control it from my bedroom, there was only one switch controlling both heaters located in the master bedroom so I had to constantly keep my window open so that I don’t boil while I sleep. After discussing with the staff they were clueless at first, only to find out themselves that each unit did not have its own control switch for the heater, and they dismissed the case with a “that would be a little inconvenient haha”. Apart from that, I suppose they were friendly but quite a few miscommunication issues as English was not the first language for many of them.
