Disappointing. My second stay here. The air con was faulty the whole time, either freezing or sweltering. Staff couldn’t do anything about it. Had two poor nights’ sleep for $700 each. Will not be going back.

Highly recommend the St James Club & Hotel ......the staff are delightful and tremendously helpful The hotels position is excellent in a quiet street but within walking distance of Piccadilly The rooms are lovely
