This listing is fake

Tried contacting host 3, 2 and 1 day before our family vacation to London. VRBO also tried contacting host to no avail. Was never sent check in information, so had to scramble to find a place upon arrival while sitting in airport. Created a very rocky start to the trip as there was limited availability. Do not book this place.

Do not book this property if you actually want a place to stay

The host left us out on the street! No communication at all, we arrived and could not access the property and could not get hold of the host at all. If it wasn’t for Vrbo Customer Service, we would have been three women stuck in the middle of London with no accommodation. We finally managed to arrange a refund at 8pm at night, then had to find alternative accommodation.This host should be ashamed!
