No lift, knew that going in. One ok room, folding bed very tight for two people. Location excellent. Linens not best, stains etc. Worst part by far, bathroom just plain smelled. It was nicely done, but the smell was intolerable. They need to vent it outside or something. My wife couldnt use it on the last night. Wish i could rate higher, but the bathroom left a bad impression.

Terribly disappointed. It was dirty , toilet did not work.
The Flat was totally mis represented very noisy as it was over a London Pub. The people above us walked loudly till after midnight keeping us awake. Poor lighting and no amenities. One plus: good location in Marylebone. Very poorly done and almost ruined London trip.. in front of entry door garbage was piled up.
