I loved the views, facilities, location and the cleanliness…however…I think asking for my room to be cleaned and never having coffee replenishments unless an occasional decaf pod just shouldn’t happen in a 5 star hotel with so many other assets going for it!

Really great hotel. Will def make this my go to London space to stay. Booked a superior room on the 15th floor. Was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Fantastic amenities. Great views of London and close distance to some key tourist attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The service was impeccable in all ways. I injured my ankle in London and we were provided ice packs every time we asked for them. We were also provided amazing service at the front desk/information desk area, where one of the employees introduced us to City Mappers (a mobile application) that helped us get throughout London efficiently.

We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and both the food and service were amazing. The superior room was spacious and we had a great city view. My only issue was the pillows, which were so soft they were almost flat! Location is great, there is a riverside entrance which leads to the southbank and it was perfect for the National Theatre. Highly recommend.

We’ve just stopped here for 2 nights and couldn’t be happier, breakfast was included which was a bonus, perfect area for what we wanted, we upgraded our room and the view was amazing, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating and we’ll definitely stay again.

Uniquely styled, modern hotel in the Southbank. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and very quiet. We didn’t use the spa or cinema as only stayed one night. We did eat in the restaurant which had a good variety of choices, some dishes better value than others but all pretty good. I would happily stay again.

The property was excellent. We enjoyed the steam room and meditation room. Everything was top notch, from the service, the spa, and the room. We were offered an upgrade at a reduced price. Take the upgrade, the rooms are very small. That would be my only complaint. We did also have the the breakfast a must.

I love this hotel- it has a great vibe and awesome views of London across the river Thames. Perfect location for south bank theatres and a multitude of other restaurants. My only feedback is breakfast lacks any imagination- maybe an a la carte menu to choose a freshly cooked alternative to like warm buffet options?
