excellent service. i had a problem with my room and was moved without fuss. the hotel is right next to hyde park which is a lovely walk through to get easy tube access.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with family while visiting London and it was a fantastic. The amenities where great with on-site parking, breakfast was great, and the hotel is located next to many small restaurants and stores. The underground and bus stops are all within walking distance making it easy to navigate the city on public transportation. Overall, I had a great experience and would return it back in London again.

This was my second time staying at the Royal Garden. I hope I can stay there again soon. It may not quite be a true five star hotel, but it is great value. Rooms in London are not large, but my room was big enough and the bathroom was large enough for a tub. There is great storage space and everything you need, including a refrigerator. I was very comfortable. Best of all, of course, is the location. It is so nice to be next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. And being at one end of Kensington High Street is very convenient for food, drink, shopping and transportation. I am lucky enough to have been to London many times and the southwest corner of the park is my favorite area to stay. Royal Garden Hotel is right there.

Really lovely property and wonderful staff. A really family-friendly hotel in the middle of a busy area. The restaurant was fully booked and they accommodated us in the bar (with children). They welcomed our 2 year old with multiple gifts/toys and provided us with a bunch of bottled water. The rooms were also in perfect condition. Truly impressed! Can’t wait to stay here again.

I expected from a hotel of this size and location But the rooms are very small. However, there was the sound of water movement in the bathroom ceiling, which was very, very annoying. It kept me awake all night. I asked them to work on it, but unfortunately no one responded. It was a bad experience due to my one night stay in London I would not recommend this hotel to a frequent traveler

A great hotel, in a superb location, with parking at the hotel. Excellent staff, well trained and friendly. Being British, we were not keen on being presented with a 'discretionary' service charge for breakfast, the cost of which was included in the price of our room... So I didn't sign for it and I would suggest, if you are reading this, that you don't either. Other than that, an excellent place to be in London.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was very clean. Coffee and tea tray not best placed on a bottom shelf. The room was quiet apart from hum of air conditioning.

We have stayed in this hotel several times. It is extremely comfortable and in a great location. The rooms are large and very well appointed. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The location is great for access to sights, but is quiet - unusual in London!
