Great location for matches being played at Stamford Bridge. And close to Fulham Broadway Station. Staff very helpful and food was excellent.

Desk had broken drawers and no refrigerator in space under desk where you'd expect one. Shower drain didn't drain so ended up standing in three inches of watet while showering.

I found the hotel and staff to be very accommodating, excessible, and helpful . The hotel was very clean and comfortable,. The breakfast was lovely, with an array of choices. I woukd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good stay. Disappointed breakfast was not included in the price and restaurant offerings were poor but otherwise very comfortable and would recommend for a room only stay in London

My husband and I were super excited to stay here given it is next to Stamford Bridge. We had to go to a separate hotel to check in, the rooms have not been updated in 15-20 years (though I’m sure rates have), the cleaning crew came into our room the morning of checkout at least twice trying to prep for the next guests, the hotel turned our keycards off at least 45 minutes before checkout causing us to have to go back to the other hotel to get a new key…. Overall, I would only stay here again out of necessity. This saddens me as it is a great location.

Expedia should not list this property EVER. I had to move rooms three times due to lack of heat. Their A/C unit is broken and their toilet does not flush. Very low pressure. The hotel is looking to close down (I heard) to make room for a stadium expansion. So, no one cares. The worst offense of all is the security standing out in the cold February weather are not allowed to wear heavy coats. They can only wear fleece jackets. This is absolutely rubbish and disgusting. I am well traveled. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I checked out early.

I booked a twin for my husband and myself by mistake asked if it could be changed to a double but it wasn’t I’ve never had any problems with any other hotels when it’s been something so simple to alter when there’s availability as I checked. Apart from that everything was fine good value for money.

The hotel is at football stadium., stayed few times here., the hotel needs upgrades and renovations Sofa is at least 15 yrs old., air con does not work. Couldn’t switch lights off at night TV network doesn’t work

Was told they upgraded the room at reception but they had not. Dirty plates with food just left in the hallway near our door. Was told to 20 percent off food and beverages wasnt included here. breakfast was good. Security good. did not like having to walk across in the rain from another building to get to the main building.

I really enjoyed how friendly everyone was and how walkable the area was. The hotel is near a bus stop and about a 5-7 minute walk from the Underground Station. Lots of food options nearby and plenty of more unique experiences and things to see around the area. My only complaint was that the room appeared to not have been vacuumed very well as I found dust bunnies around the room, but overall it was clean and quiet.

It was a terrible experience. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Lights, tv and toilet flush not working properly. Staff at reception very rude, unpolite, not customer focused at all. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child and the sofa bed was not ready for us. Spent almost 1hr and half to open the sofa, which wasn’t working, eventually worked but not fitting in the room, so we had to wait to be moved in different room. In all this time very little communication from the staff, had to go to reception to speak with them again. Moved into a room that had little shower gel, toilet seat dirty, but couldn’t move anymore as my son was already asleep by that time. Would never come back here!!!!!!

The hotel is located alongside the Chelsea ground, with plenty of shops and eating establishments close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast has a good selection of cold and hot food too start your day. The district line is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel which will get you to most of the normal tourist spots in around 30-40 minutes. No 414,14 and 211 buses are available a couple of minutes from the main entrance. The buses take 10 minutes longer to get into the main city but offer a view. Overall a good hotel with excellent staff if a little further out than I would normally book.

Good price grwat location for a Chelsea fan!
Welcome was flat. I was with my teanager son whom was excited to be staying at the Chelsea hotel but it was a 'flat' welcome. The rooms were clean and adequate but no view.
