Enjoyed our stay at Dreamtel Hotel in Earls Court, very convenient for us and many places to eat at surround this hotel. Which was brilliant! Staff were very polite and professional, room was clean and cosy, me and my husband both thank you for the overall experience.

Great Base to explore
Great location, 2 mins from Earls Court tube , 15 min walk to the V&A ,Science and natural history museums . room cleaned and coffee and tea refreshed each day . Great base to explore London . they will hang on to your luggage on last day ,handy for late flights. Don’t expect the Dorchester and you won’t be disappointed .

It's a very good property, very basic but it provides everything that's needed. The front desk staff are very pleasant and very helpful. I recommend it for what it is. Great location. That's the real plus.

Perfectly situated 2 mins from Earls Court tube station. Plenty of options to eat and drink. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Nice bargain end hotel in Earls Court. Seconds walk from tube station with great connections Staff lovely, rooms clean, breakfast pleasant surprise. Single room on small side but perfect to simply sleep in and chill. Only area that needed some attention was dated and dirty stairway carpet A decent budge option so I’d recommend

It was ok, only one night. Room vibrates when trains come though. Bathroom was tiny and grubby, and the hallways needed a good clean.

Staff not paying attention to computer system: 2pm late check out agreed and paid for. staff opening room door at 10.50am without knocking, reception phoning at 11.10am, staff entering again without knocking at 12.30pm. Informed manager who was rude and argumentative - terrible customer service.

tiny rooms. showerhead wouldn't stay up - had to tie it myself. staff don't pay attention to computer system - paid for 2pm late check out but was disturbed by housekeeping at 10.50am, reception called at 11.10am (did confirm late check out was on system!) and housekeeping back again an hour after that. Terrible customer service - spoke to manager about disturbances who was rude, disinterested and argumentative.

Where do I start? The room had a musty odour, and the condition of the room overall was poor. Damage the fittings from years of use and abuse was obvious down to the screws in the door to retain the glass. The shower was in poor condition and many of the fittings broken and not functioning properly. The television didn't recieve any channels which required access to the channel apps just to watch something. The room was missing a fridge which had obviously been removed. The area was dirty with rubbish all along the street awaiting collection. The attitude of staff, when the defects in the room was brought to their attention was poor - they couldn't care less. Avoid this place at all costs. It isn't worth the trouble.

Amazing stay in central London
Amazing staying in Earls Court . This hotel is located very close to the tube station of Earls Court , 5 minutes walking. I be booked a deluxe room , it was nice decorated with a kettle to prepare tea or coffee. The bed was very comfortable . Delicious English breakfast in the morning with a great selection of hot and cold food, thanks in particular to Julia who prepared for me the last day a special omelette . You can also walk until High Street Kensington or Gloucester Road

Room was clean and cosy, staff were lovely and helpful and check in and out was easy. Honestly only issues was the broken lift meant carrying all my luggage up to the fifth floor and the wifi was a bit spotty. Otherwise would happily stay again.

Checked in by a receptionist with an awful body odour issue- went to the room allocated to me to find a man in the bed sleeping- I had been allocated the wrong room was then given a room that was no bigger than a shoe box - it was claustrophobic and was dirty- - the bathroom was mouldy and the shower absolutely stank- the room was so noisy I hardly got any sleep- would not recommend this hotel ever

Actually there were one significant thing that I wanted to mention about our staying there. We were at this hotel for 4 nights and we did not have any internet connection and they told us it would be solved quickly but nothing happened. So it was really disappointing.

Enjoyed my stay, staff were helpful & courteous. Location was excellent, just a few mins walk ftom the tube station and we were able to get around easily. The Piccadilly Line at the tube station connects directly to the airport too.There were many eateries and a supermarket nearby too.
