As a solo traveler, safety and comfort are paramount, and the staff at went above and beyond to ensure I felt both secure and pampered throughout my stay. One particular highlight was the unexpected upgrade to a suite, which made me feel like royalty in the heart of London. The spacious accommodations and luxurious amenities truly enhanced my experience, making it difficult to leave at the end of my trip. The staff was great and very helpful at all times. Also liked the hotel interior - very nice lounges and the cafe is very convenient. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the rooms more friendly for business travelers. For example there was no desk in my room. Also, surprised by how few t.v. stations there were to choose from. All in all, a very good hotel and love the service that Kimpton provides.
