Brand NEW rental as of Dec 24, located only 9 minutes from Exit 41 I-75. It has two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, dish washer, beautiful country setting, large front & back yard. PAC-MAN game. This is a NEW unit just completed December 2024. Accommodations can be made to allow parking truck & trailer if you are bringing a side by side on gravel driveway around back. Property is located approximately 8 miles from Wild Cat Off Road Park and near Woods Creek Lake. Great restaurants & attractions nearby.

Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher. If you change the thermostat please set it back on 68 before you leave. Turn lights off before you leave.

Make sure the screen door is closed when coming inside or going out. We have had to repair it once for the wind catching on it. Have a great time.
