My only complaint is that despite the booking being for three adults, there was no bedsheet, pillow cases or duvet cover provided for the pullout bed. The pillows and duvet were found in the bedroom, but no actual bedding. It was late and I was tired after being at the hospital, so I slept in my clothes as it was, but this raises some concerns about how many other people have used the duvet, pillows and sofa-bed without bedding, and that someone else will now use it after me, clean though I am. Otherwise, everything else was great, and it was perfectly located for access to the Royal Brompton hospital.

No frills so reasonable costs. Didn’t realise internet access was an extra so had to re-dress (having gone to bed) to go down to reception to enable.

Super! This is our first trip to London and we are so glad we found this hotel. The location is perfect, the service is great, (reception is helpful with any question and very friendly) Very clean and nice room with an incredible view (especially at night) In the room has everything necessary for a family. And what is important is the ability to cook & It helps a lot, especially when you are traveling with a small child. The only thing I didn't like was the smell when we checked in. But we quickly resolved this issue and continued to have a great time here without any pretensions. I will definitely come back again. I recommend this hotel for those who value their time and save money.

Location is good as close to lot of Chelsea things but the area thanks to this building and the 24/7 besides is full of dodgy people . Place is full of prostitution, young backpackers and strange people . Never seen a room so dirty and disgusting in my life , how is this place allowed to operate legally is incredible

The staff so incredibly helpful. Nadia is the absolute best! My family and I visited from NY for a birthday celebration and we were accommodated to the upmost. I was even contacted after check out when we left behind our keys. Great for walking to museums and small cafes.

Nice apt, but some shabby bits. Sofa was stained and had cigarette burns on it. Worst thing was the noise! No insulation on the windows at all so it was impossible to sleep. My room was on the ground floor which wouldn’t have helped. Also windows really were not secure either so that was a bit of a worry.

The property is not in the best condition but absolutely acceptable for the price. The walls in room peeling on ceiling. Bed linens surprisingly nice! No full length mirror in room. But plenty of mirrors in the hallways near elevator if you need to check out your outfit. 😀. The staff at front desk seem to always be available !! The neighborhood is 5 star !

Great location close to South Kensington Station & Natural History Museum. Rented the business penthouse for extra space for our family of 4 for four nights. Disappointed in this unit being advertised as something different…I booked it as it was supposed to have 2 Queen beds and, instead, it had 2 double beds. I could have rented a different place for cheaper. No coffee or tea, kitchen was sparse for supplies, shower water was lukewarm, paint peeling off walls..etc. Enjoyed the location, but wish I had booked somewhere else.

Whatever history this hotel has, it's not warranted. It has a serviceable kitchen (fancy microwave, stove top, fridge, pots and pans, and all kinds of cutlery) with a store very close by, which is perfect and a lot cheaper than eating out. It comes with a kitchen table and two chairs, and also a very welcome space heater. It's honestly perfect for excursions into the city, and the tube is a 10min walk. It was clean and quiet, and we got good rest for all the 8 nights we stayed there. The only problem is that the booking on Expedia didn't match the room - booking said pull-out sofa, but it had none, and the 'parking available' needs a giant asterisk... there is expensive paid parking, or street parking.

Nice people. It was safe and mostly clear (check the corners please). Great location. Small room, but manageable. The kitchen was great. The Wi-Fi was extra and so bad. They always gave me some ridiculous reason why.

Location is great. Check-in effortless. Room clean. Safe stopped working mid-stay. Horrible stench in the washer/dryer (having that in room was a big reason I booked here) I am sure they rarely if ever clean them. Sink drain extremely slow. Housekeeping looked at it, but did nothing to fix it. Cumbersome process to get the paid internet service. I will likely stay here again though as none of this was a deal breaker. Excellent price and location.

The bed was absolutely miserable. Could feel the springs when laying on it. When first arrived I was talking to a man behind counter (there were 5 people behind counter) when 2 young women came in to ask a generic question, he totally dismissed me never to return to me or my check in. Another older man finally came to help. Very very rude!

Good for budget traveler who doesn’t need much
The location is perfect with a Sainsbury’s across the street and walking distance to much. The price is right. The rooms are tiny if well-equipped. The problem is outside noise, poor wi-fi, and the impossibility of getting a room change the night of arrival because staff must communicate with corporate. There are NO PHONES in rooms so impossible to call front desk. You get what you pay for, this is a perfectly fine budget property in a great location, but no luxuries to be had.

The hotel was not to bad. Seem like an old apartment building converted into a hotel. Definitely could use a couple touch ups in the bathroom that I stayed in. Also the room was smaller then what the pictures online made it look like, which wasn’t to bad being that my girlfriend and I just use it to sleep. The staff was great and kind. Would I stay here again? Yes. For the price it was a deal.

Location is Everything!
Location was amazing! It was walking distance to everything. I asked to be moved to a different studio because of extreme construction noise outside my window. Management was very accommodating and let me choose a different room. The room was very comfortable and I loved having the kitchenette. All the rooms could use a bit of renovations. Small things were broken or needed some updating. I also liked that there was always someone at the front desk if you needed anything. Perfect for the budget traveler needing to have meals at home.
